Lauren graduated from RMIT university in 2018 with a double Bachelor degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy). Since then Lauren has furthered her Osteopathic skills in Cranial Osteopathy, Dry Needling and Counterstrain technique to allow her to address a broad range of acute and chronic conditions in any age group.

Lauren was drawn to Osteopathy following injuries sustained as a teenager and young adult through playing netball and basketball. She wanted to better understand the process of injury and healing, and wanted to learn how she could help others manage and overcome their pain.

Lauren is a firm believer that movement is medicine and loves working with her patients to implement small lifestyle changes to help them get the most out of their treatment and their life!

When Lauren isn’t working as an Osteopath, she is at home with her two fur children, Misty and Oreo, lifting weights in the gym, tending to her plants or having a good old nap.
